You can look forward to lots of games, fellowship, worship, sharings, messages, know more about NTU CCC and also meet many new friends ^^
2. Why $55 ???
The camp fee covers your meals, camp materials,4D3N accomodation and includes a Specially Designed CAMP TEE for this FOC ;D
3. I don't know anybody else who will be going to the camp ...
FOCs are EXCELLENT opportunities for you to know other freshmen and seniors who will be with you for the rest of your university life! Many of us have also gone for past years' camps alone and forged long-lasting friendships!

Welcome to the official blog of CCC FOC 2012!

Hey guys, it's just two weeks from now till our much anticipated Freshman Orientation Camp 2012 - Transformus! 

So if you are still deciding whether to join us, think no more. It will be a great time for us to know one another and also to be renewed by God's word. There will be time for fun and games, as well as sharing from our speakers.

What does it mean to be TRANSFORMED?

Do you know?

The Greek word for Transformation is metamorphoo,
from which comes the word "metamorphosis"
-- meaning a complete change of form (such as that from a caterpillar into a butterfly)

As believers, the GOAL of transformation is to BE and LIVE like Christ.

To be transformed, we must surrender all to Him and allow Jesus to come and change us.
We cannot change ourselves by our own strength or works.
But only by His power and grace.

Dear God, I really and truly want to change my life around and I am going to do everything in my power to change. Almighty God, I want to be born again. I don't want to follow the world anymore. But from now on, I want to follow Christ.

We must allow our minds to be renewed!

With all our beloved technology and never-ending list of things to do, it is easy to be overly caught up in the rat race admist today's rapidly changing dog-eat-dog world, that we lose sight of the ONE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT -- GOD

How is your relationship with God today?

The world pursues materials, fame and money. The world is self-centered.
Does your life reflect what is going on in the world today?
Are you going along with the crowd and doing something, thinking it is okay because everyone else is doing it even though you know secretly in your heart that it displeases God?

True Christians DARE to be different. They dare to stand out and be counted. They DARE to IMPACT the world around them for Christ. They dare to go against the flow — And they will be GREATLY REWARDED for it.

STOP conforming but BE TRANSFORMED!

Let us fix our eyes on God today and be ready to be totally amazed by God transforming you inside out!

Prayers

Hurray to our first post!!! xDD
Let us be prayerful for the camp and keep these items in your prayers ...

1. FOC committee
- to constantly seek God and rely on His strength in planning and executing
- good time management in meeting deadlines
2. Camp participants, especially the freshman
- that God will prepare their hearts to be receptive to the camp
- good turn up
3. Visibility through our various publicity channels
- especially for the NIE students which would not get the standard mail run.
4. Favour from school authorities
- approve our proposal
5. Pray that through the camp, everyone involved would catch the theme Romans 12:2 and be transformed by God, hearing Him speak to them about His Will for their lives.
